This 2005 Marlborough Unoaked Chardonnay is quite possibly the best Chardonnay I've had in quite some time. They serve this at the corporate retreat where I work and I enjoy it every time I have it.
This is an exciting time in the company and I am glad to be sitting at the table, enjoying the wine!
I find myself doing a tremendous amount of video editing for work lately. Much of that work comes late at night, or sometimes in cramped booths with others trying to see something in your mind come to life on a screen or in the words being spoken.
Its crazy how my life runs in cycles...and these moving images keep coming back to me. Makes me wonder what I'll be doing in the future?
The "Chicken Noodle Soup" song is THE WORST song of the year. Have you heard this tragedy yet, it makes Paris Hilton sound like Patsy Cline? This assault on the eardrums by 19-year-old DJ Webstar has the distinction of being the latest dance craze emanating from New York. Praised for celebrating the exuberance of youth, and maligned for appearing to hearken back to shucking and jiving,the ditty is acquiring all the buzz on the web. Often I would ask you to listen to something, but please don't listen to it, as I'm afraid your IQ will drop significantly.
You should listen to Regina Spektor though. I have played her song Fidelity for EVERYONE I know. I highly recommend it! Tell 'em a.brain sent ya...

I hereby proclaim the death of the witticism on the common Cotton T. Why? Because they are prolific. The Hot Topics, Urban Outfitters, and any joker with a printing press and an on line presence is churning out the latest pop culture slogan on your choice of Small - X Large.
The T-shirt is not dead however, far from it. This little gem, for example is by a company called The Imaginary Foundation and all their stuff is pretty neat. I think their shirts look like the opening of Monty Python Flying Circus, and that makes me love them even more.
This shirt has a wonderful design, but an even more inspiring slogan, "The Future is Unwritten". Check out all the stuff they have...let me know what you think.
Just wanted to point out that all my cigar postings will be chronicled in a photo album located on the right side of the page under the heading "cigars". Feel free to send me a photo of yourself with a brief description of the cigar if you don't mind me posting it in the section. Would love to get photos of the regulars in here as well.
I've been thinking sometime about recording my cigar-smoking exploits on this blog or maybe a new blog all together. I don't have a cigar everyday, sometimes I won't have one for a couple of weeks. But, I go on stretches of many in the course of a couple of days, I blame Miami, and thought this might be a good way to remember the good ones so I can return to them after inactivity.
My friend Bud believes in one cigar a day...a philosophy I can see serious merit in if the weather permits. Don't see myself sitting outside smoking one in the dead of winter however. Any cigar afecianados (Aficionados - thanks grammar nazi) out there interested in this documentation?
I realize that most people would prefer that I use the more widely accepted term "air sickness" bag as a header, but frankly I still try to drive hits to BrainBlenders so I use titles that are more likely to pop up in desired search engines.
Which brings me to my main point, for some time now I have undertaken viral campaigns to promote the site. From writing on fogged up bathroom mirrors to t-shirts with the name printed on them I have attempted to promote BB only in geurilla methods. Well. now I am ready to unveil my other methodology which I would like some help in getting spread.
Vomit bag ads are clearly the wave of the future! I don't think most of the advertising world will jump on board with me in this idea, but they are wrong. Of course I need your help in promoting this campaign. Please do me a favor and snap a little photo of the bag and I will make a photo album out of the work. By the way, Sharpie's work the best, but a good ole pen will do the trick just as easily.
P.S. don't try to bring a spray paint can on the plane to do this, the TSA frowns upon that type of material now.
People are always telling me I look like someone (usually - someone stupid). I got this link from a friend and decided to check for myself (if you want to see who you look like - check it out). So I took my bio pic...decided it was as good as any, fed it to the face recognition software, and turns out I look like Benicio Del Toro, Jerry Seinfield, Gene Kelly. Which is better than looking like this guy.

Ladies and gentlemen the time has come for me and mine to take a much needed vacation. This little cottage you see before you is our little home for the next week. I have little to no internet connectivity...this message itself has been comprised and sent via my windows mobile phone.
I am looking forward to the following things happening
1. Will go swimming everyday.
2. Will read at least 4 books.
3. Will smoke one fine cigar daily.
4. Will beat every member of my family in at least one board game.
5. Will take kids fishing.
6. Will take it easy (like setting goals for your vacation?)
7. Will not talk to anyone from work.
8. Will return to the regular world ready to kick ass and take names.
Ok, that's enough list-making, lest I bust out Excel and get serious about it. I will report back on how I did next week.
